I've got an online form with the subject "Online Contact Form".

I've created a folder for the mail to go, but it always goes to my junk folder.

I've got spam assasin on the outlook, and don't really want to turn it off.

What is the correct permission to filter my mail with the subject "Online Contact Form" into the designated folder?

I've tried to add the subject line to my list of friendlys so it doesn't go to spam, but no joy. It seems to go there no matter what.

Thanks for any help.

Would a normal rule to send it direct to your destination folder not do it?

That's a permission i've just set up...

I sent the same online form (with the same subject) from a different email adddress and the same email address, and both went to spam.

The Spam assasin isn't filtering this out as they come through as **SPAM** (See the viagra message bottom left).

So how can I filter by subject, its as though it doesnt want to do it...

what about if you set the rule to check the subject field and the from and to address? There is also an adjustment for the spam filter (low, middle, high etc), maybe adjust that....

When click the sent to, it's still the same.

Making a rule from the, "from" email address is pointless as it changes for each form.

Any ideas
