Anybody live in birmingham or know anybody who know the c20let inside out,

if you do and want to earn a bit of money i need my car checking out Corsa b C20let because im lost at what the problem is and i have changed everything,

to a knowledgeable person it may be an easy fix i just need help now

Hello i have a c20let in a corsa and im having some problems. on full throttle the car revs to 3000rpm then jerks and judders but when lightly accelerating it will rev (no cleanly) most of the way.

i have changed
sparks (gapped to 0.6-0.7)
leads (new set of origionals)
dizzy and dizzy are
coil
red injectors
fuel filter
fuel pump
coolant temp sensor
working air flow meter
2 ecu's (phase 2 and 3)
new acutator

the eml doesnt come up with any faults and i know it is wired up correctly as i have forced a fault to check

i have cut out the amal valve and put a pipe from the turbo straight to the actuator (i know it wont help but i have a manual boost controlller ready to go in)

with both ecu's it happens at the same point in the rev range

i really dont know anymore

any ideas would be mint

Hesitating under load basically? Mines had the same problem. Was a mixture of a leaky rocker cover gasket and fukd actuator. You seem to have everything covered though.

i know lol just a quick question should the engine start with cam sensor plugged in but crank unplugged

turned boost up and down it doesnt matter does it no matter

Does it happen more in or out of boost load?

i will give him a bell, it happens around 5-10psi on both ecu's so i know its not them

sounds to me like you have a boost leak.

dizzy cap and rotor been changed?
does it still do it with afm disconnected?

yeah it still does it with the afm disconnected, yeah they have been changed
