hi there as some of you know i was in a crash on bank holiday monday and ive bin signed off work with whiplash and everyone i know keeps telling me to put a claim in, im just wanting to know will the insurance put a claim in or do i have to do it myself they know im off work and there sending me to a physiotherapist i just dont know how to go about this coz ive never claimed for injurys if u can help me that would be great
and if your going to give me sh*t please dont reply as ive already had people telling me im faking it and dispite what people think im not

i was in a crash 2 years back when my mate was driving, you have to phone one of these no win no fee claim people they will send you out a pack with all the info you need and paperwork to fill in

phone your insurance company, tell them you were injured in the crash and ask them if they are chasing for compensation. If not then ask if they can

No you don't have to phone them, insurance will deal with it, or the other persons insurance, no idea why people go to third party companies  unless they are stupid enough to just go with anything that's advertised on tv.
