right i have a 1.0 12v and iam puting the c20xe into it but not sure on shafts am i able to use my 1.0 shafts and change the inner ones or can i use the donner cars shafts (which was from a cav)

You can't use your shafts no.
If you want to you can use the donor cars shafts and CV's. You will also need to use the cav drive flanges and have them machined to take a Corsa wheel bearing.
More often than not you get away with it but sometimes you also need to shorten the N/S shaft and move the circlip groove in about 5mm.

Or use 22 spline shafts that can be found in 1.6 tigras and corsa's and use the mk2 cav inners

ive bin told you can use 1.6 corsa sport shafts with cav inner cv joints
