Ok here goes after giving the vr6 golf to the mrs im left with her corsa.
sometimes you can be driving along and all the needles will drop to 0 and the hadnbrake light will come on. Tap the dials and they come back to life and hadnbrake light goes off.
am i right in thinking this is a common fault with a lose connector?
nect one at around 70mph under acceleration its fine again with the power off but if maintaining 70mph it feels like a misfire almost like a very strong headwind any ideas?
next today the car wouldnt start. The lights for radio came on but the mileage one did not. I turned and pressed the key inwards towards the steering colum and the lights came on for mileage and started again any ideas ?
all the symptoms may be linked in someway but its starting to get abit annoying
so far ive changed for new items
coilpack
plugs
oil change
crankshaft sensor
to no luck
any help would be great ps i have no eml illuminated
