If there was ever a Cars and Coffee which necessitated theme music THIS was it! It was quite the sight to see a parade of Clown Cars...errr...Micro Cars come in all at once and invade Cars and Coffee. While they were driving in I had Carnival music playing in my head, it was just plain surreal! Represented amongst the group were DKW, Lloyd, Crosley, Bantam, Isettas, Peel P50 and Trident (George Jetson come in George Jetson where are you?!), four NSUs, Messerschmitts, Jollys, 500, 2CVs, Vespa, Goggomobil, Metropolitans and a Toyota Sports 800.

Simply put this was one of the best Cars and Coffee events we've ever had. It being a 3-day weekend we were expecting a good turnout, but we could have never anticipated this! By 6:45am the exhibitor lot had to be roped off because there was simply no more room. Dozens and dozens of great cars had to be turned away. I wish some of the drivers of mundane, stock late model super mass produced cars would have driven their cars out of the exhibitor lot and parked in the spectator lot like they should have in the first place. I'm talking about late model absolutely bone stock Corvettes, Porsche's, New Beetles, Camaro's, Mustangs, BMW's, Benzes, Mini's, heck even Loti (?). Some of these guys don't even bother to clean their rides, they seem entitled or just plain lazy and don't want to have to walk the few hundred feet from the Spectator lot to the Exhibitor lot.

But I digress...back to the main event: We had many great vehicles in attendance including Hot Rods, a 1923 Rolls Royce, a HMW, Hurst Camaro, Dino, 904, Packards, Gurney in his Alligator, Callaway in one of his Vettes, heck even a Triumph which went end over at Buttonwillow. All in all it was a great even, that truly showed why Cars and Coffee is so great. What other place can rival this kind of diversity?

Nevertheless, here are this weeks picks of the pics:
