I was running my car up the strip today and have noticed at high revs going into 3rd gear i have to wait a second for the revs to drop before it will let me in gear.

Anyone else get this or any ideas what it could be? Gearbox oil? Gear linkage?

I have no problems at lower revs, goes in nicely

Any help appreciated. cheers

Either the clutch is on its way out or 3rd gear synchro is...

Mine does this into 2nd was told yesterday it's the syncro thing in the box. So swaping boxs lol.

Cheers guys. Could quite possible be the syncro then. Quite weird though considering it's only done 70k. Suppose it can go anytime though.
