need to be so carful, what you need to do (i have done it but seen a mechnic do it) is find the valve that isnt seated right remove all the springs and cam to get to it, attach a drill to it and spin the valve do bed it in (very dogey i know)

Oh yea makes sence really, im prepared to have a go at that 1st even if i end up having to take the head off after.

if it works brilliant, just take it slow and keep testing every few turns as it may only be a really small bit oif dirt or something, so keep checking the pressure (takes time i know)
