is there an easy way to transfer the contacts from my old 3G to the new phone?

ive already put the small mini sim into the phone so transfering them onto the sim wont work.

can i do it through itunes?

Edit :

now i need to know why i cant setup my hotmail email account on the phone, worked fine on the 3G, but on this one it says it cant find SSL or something then just sends me around in circles.

any ideas?

im sure my mate used outlook to back up my contacts from my blackberry to my iphone

itunes did it automatically for me, when i plugged it in for the first time.

It asks if you want to backup and transfer content from your 3g to 4.

Contacts transfer on iTunes along with all your old stuff. Set hotmail up as a new exchange account.
