theres petrol goin through just wont fire, checked all the wiring all seems fine, i know the coilpack and leads r fine as there off my oldd engine, dont kno wot this could be.. any ideas??

i did a paperclip test on it and its comeing back 3,1 which is cracks sensor, though iirc it was showin there was a fault with this on my old engine evan after i replaced it

Crank sensor will come up when engines not running.check earths

rite all earths seem ok, changed the crank sensor still nothin! n e suggestions?

fuse? mine mates c20xe did exactsame i changed the fuse for him and fired up right away

checked all the fuses there all fine! I got a feelin the timing is out! im worried as it has kent cams and it has had advanced timing, i think somethin has happened that has knocked the timing out..what could have caused this? and how can i tell?

Only way you will tell is to whip the head off and check for bent valves. Or try timing it to standard and go from there
