Wheres the best place to mount the ecu. Currently got it cable tied above the brake pedal.

Mine is on passenger side. Underneath the shelve thing which is below the glove box..

do what i did when i had 2.0 in,i modified the case the ecu fits in to make it fit the drivers well

Cheers, i think ill modify the case, less hassle than moving the loom.

fits neatly in drivers well if you cut the mounting points off tight fit but looks better than it floating about!

u need to cut the mounting points as said and also a bit of the black plug that goes into the ecu. Behind the drivers kick panel, where is a little screwhead sticking out, u need to file/cut that down and also remove some of the insulating foam. its a tight fit, but it goes in, plus it looks miles better than above the brake pedal. Id move as soon as, just incase the ecu gets trapped under the brake pedal

instead of chopping all ov it - do it bit by bit so u dont fcuk it up by taking 2 much off
