Dropped it from about 1ft and landed right way up as if its on your lap etc....
Now when i switch it on it says "A Disk read error occurred pre ctr+alt+del to restart"
And keeps doing that, Is that the hard drive fucked then?

On some laptops the hard drive can be accessed by unscrewing a cover at the base, others you have to remove the keyboard to get at it.

That's just a service pack - not an actual ISO of Windows.

In future keep your penis out of the DVD dive, if you want an exciting wank - use your left hand.

Ah yeah I must have read it wrong - I could have swore Microsoft were doing a trial version of XP at one point though, 30-day free without a S/N.
MSDN has it though as I got one from Uni from there.
