Ive received complaints from my neighbours that my alarm is keeping them awake going off every night. I decided I wanted to remove the siren and this is what Ive removed.
Just wanted to confirm ive definitely removed the right thing, bit late now obviously but just having some doubts.
Thanks

Phew. I was worried Because the horn still works and I thought the alarm may have been connected to that.
Thanks guys

have you thought maybe it was theifs purposfully settin off your alarm then hiding when you come out till you eventually dont set the alarm, or in your case take out the siren then they can all of a sudden break in without anyone knowing, personall i'd of told the neighbours to gtf

^Have you ever tried to set off a std vauxhall alarm? lol Without damaging the car, I couldn't set off my own (Other than using the key, Obviously)
I presume its a Corsa? Seems funny that it is going off, Normally expect that from a power sounder (As found on MK4 Astra's)

My auntie knew someone with a ford escort rs turbo or something like that years ago. His alarm kept going off, then one night he got fed up with it, went outside and cut it all out. The next morning his car had either been broken into or stolen, cant remember which one but something happened to it.

I managed to do it by slowly unlocking the car and at the right moment pulling the handle and opening the door.

lock your car and have the window open wait about 30secs and from the outside pull the little door thingy up and open the door the alarm should go off then mine does anyway and make sure the little led by the hazards flashes when you lock it hope that helps

Powersounders in omegas (and possibly others), the batteries can split and cause a fire. Setting half the car alight!
