is this fixable seems as if its stuck behind light if you look, if so would i just be able to pop it out without removing the bumper.

It's generally quite flexible but get familiar with how much force you need.

ok so if i kick it downwards it shoud pop out, hoping tcut will do the job too.

Take the 2 13mm bolts that hold the light in and push the light back?

im just hoping its not bent up, i didnt my car more damge hitting it... than the other guy..

I was looking at the wrong bit

I wouldn't kick it tbh , get a flat blade screw driver, put it right into the edge and push down, should bounce in if you apply enough pressure.
