It's generally quite flexible but get familiar with how much force you need.

Take the 2 13mm bolts that hold the light in and push the light back?

I was looking at the wrong bit
I wouldn't kick it tbh , get a flat blade screw driver, put it right into the edge and push down, should bounce in if you apply enough pressure.
