Time for me to ask for help rather than being the helper
14 sport, Rattle when driving, bumps etc (Car is lowered 70/60 so isn't soft and bouncy!), Don't appear to be anything from the front/engine bay, and isn't from the inside of the car anywhere.
Sounds more like from the rear so..
I thought the brake adjuster which is slackened off, but upon moving that it seems to be a deep noise, This rattle is more a high pitched sound, like something is lose. Isn't the exhaust hitting the handbrake cable either (My other thought).
So to save me going mad, Suggestions? I'm hoping to get the car on a ramp at some point but its having time.
Cheers

The top of the shock seems tight, it wont move by me just pushing it but will have to check it out properly.
Handbrake cable was another one of my thoughts, but its not the cause

have you got a rear anti roll bar? i have a cav one on mine and i kept hearing a rattle, thought it was the backbox banging on the exhaust hangers as it sits quite close on mine so i cut a bit off and it still did it, turns out it was the arb, the bolts had come slightly loose and it was rattling slightly

I can only suggest rear shock mounts.
Mine did as ryans did, a loud cowbell noise

I don't think its a cowbell noise, Really hard to explain
Brake hoses are all tight.
I'll check the shocks again at some point, I don't know if it started after doing something as Ive only noticed it since having the windows open due to heat, May have been doing it since I built the car months ago.

Isn't exhaust hitting rear beam, Its not that kind of noise, Plus its miles away anyway.
Isn't cat, Also not that kind of noise, Plus the cat is only a month old.
