What power amp would i need to run 2 10" 250 watt subs?

if they are 250 watts RMS each then you would need a 1x500 RMS at 2ohms amp or a 2x 250 RMS amp with a LPF.
If they are 250watt max you would need a 2x 125 RMS amp or a 1x300 RMS at 2 ohms amp with a LPF.

Low Pass Frequency - basically cuts out all the high freq's (vocals etc) that the sub shouldnt be playing, and makes it more efficient (louder)!!
