as above, just been charged £5.99 for another month which i didnt want so how do i cancel it?

I tried to cancel over the phone but they ended up giving me a years subscription for £20

you can cancle your card but i cant remember how to do it, its not that straight forward.

Just tried it, it's easy.

Log into xbox.com
Hover over 'My Xbox'
Scroll down to 'Accounts'
Click 'Manage payment options' near the top
Then simply click 'remove' on whichever card you want to remove

You still have to ring and cancel you cant delete your card if you have a subscription with them. Tried yesterday.

see if the direct debit shows up on internet banking then delete it

i removed my card details and yearly subscription online a while ago as described in Brett's post, they didn't used to allow this before and you had to ring up

It wouldnt allow me to remove my card but it would let me edit it so I just changed the card number.
