Hi, I was wondering exactly what do I need to fit R1 carbs to me Redtop and where I get all the parts from and is it worth doing do I see big power increase. Thanks for your help Thomas

Your best bet is get a inlet manifold from Bogg Brothers, but their prices have gone up alot in the last few years. A set of R1 carbs also more expensive because people are using them on cars.

Then you've got two options ignition wise, either a dizzy from a 1.6 mk2 cav, but you'll need the ignition advanced on it H&H Ignition will supply you a the full kit. Or you go for mappable ignition, megajolt is the cheapest option, it will also give you the best power.
