Theres a cheap one that looks like the bb bold, missus got it as hers broke. Alright phone, okay internet and as wi fi too! All i know its white and think its samsung? was on £50ish

Panic averted.
She phoned T Mobile and they're going to repair her phone and give her a loan phone until it returns. They're also not charging her the next 2 months line rental due to the 'inconvenience' Moral of the story - moan and you get everything you want.
