Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on this. My dads just changed the EGR valve on his Alfa 159 2.4 20v JDM and now the turbo has started fluttering  We've just checked all the bolts are tight and its still doing it. Any ideas what might have gone wrong to cause this? Before the EGR was changed it was fine

might sound stupid but are the vaccum hoses on the wastegate and manfiold propperly? no kinks in the line?

is the egr valve working? try blocking it off
