I know a few of you are pretty decent on PS. I've recently downloaded the trial as i've had the urge to have a proper play with it. I know it isn't simple at all but really am willing to invest the time into this. Anyway - point of the post - are there any really good websites or tutorials leading from the very, very basics and upwards? I've looked around on the net and "pixel2life.com" keeps popping up. Are there any other decent places? Thanks!

I downloaded it on Monday, used to have it years ago but never really played around with it. It took me about 10 mins to lower my car after reading a tutorial, however, the lines werent very straight

mainly looking for stencil tutorials and how to master the "pen" tool. Easy to learn, hard to master i'm told! just needs a lot of time and effort

Best idea is to find a picture you want to work on and have a go. Run through the different tools yourself and google the specific parts you want to do. A general tutorial will never tell you anything.
Main things in general for retouching though I'd say are content aware fill, patch repairs, vector masks/layer masks and working with layers and blending options.

The 'digimods' website is probably your best one.
I used that a few years back and their work is amazing.
