Buying some fk coilovers christmas, just wondering will the clearance be okay on standard 165/70/13 steelies? Also what about on 175/60/14? Thanks

Depends on the amount of camber you have and how wide the wheels are.
I doubt you will have any issues though as long as you don't go too low although you're more likely to get issues with the bottom of the car than the tyres.

Yeah should be OK on those wheels because they're quite narrow. Typically having the correct offset isn't the best news because it makes the wheel sit in the arch so you can't wind the damper down as much.
