Yours probably won't, only came on the later stuff and never on a facelift Corsa, only Tigras as they were factory fit.
Early ones have the tell tale on the switch, lights up green as opposed to yellow for the rear.
You basically need the switch to charge the normally open side of the relay, any single pole single throw relay will do the job. You can run 5a to the switch side of the relay and I think 20a the rest of the way, fogs are 55W I think so you'll draw 110W at 12v is a little over 9a, fused at 15a.

Nice one, saved me some time
might wire using the switch for the rears so I still get a warning light up, probly get relay from halfords with trade.
after reading the haynes manual and coming across this
it think the wiring is there (havnt looked in car yet)
109 front fog switch (obviously dont have)
110 front fog relay (anyone found one in car?)
111 front fog
112 rear fog swith
113 rear fog relay

Not the best news but presence in the diagram in Haynes isn't really an indicator of presence in the loom in the car
Probably hasn't go it as it wasn't even a factory option on that year.
