i went for a this and i done my 12 years stays on the repoprt for 6 months is there a way to get rid before that or not.many thanks

I've read your post three times and I'm still confused by what you are trying to say.

Any major things on a credit file stays on there for 6 years - i.e. defaults, CCJs, bankruptcies etc.

And no there is no way of removing them any sooner (apart from if they were put on there incorrectly).

Was that what you were asking?
