Got a few days off work and basically lastyear i coppied all my old home movies from vhs to dvd on a standalone recorder
Now need them all ripping to my pc to edit etc
Tried a few rippers but seem jumpy or absolutly huge files
Any recomendations? Videos are from 1990 onwards so recording quality only needs to be the same, not talking high def stuff
Pc ha 8 gig ram, quad core etc so should be ok ripping?

If your looking to just mirror what's on the disk and not do any compression at this stage then use something like DVD shrink or DVDfab

Install application, go to second folder and click patch, look for the file in the 'program files' folder and hit ok
