ive just changed one of my front lights, and now when i fully adjust the beam up, the adjuster unit clicks..... any ideas people?

I expect you've pulled the adjuster motor, out the back of the reflector, you'll need to click it back in.

its in properly, and it adjusts the light. but when i adjust it to its highest setting, the motor keeps running so clicks :S

you might have pulled the adjuster arm out of the motor too far. try pushing it back in and set it to 0, then move it up to 3
