Slightly different request on this topic..

My renewal is up soon and im still happy with my iphone 4, still looks brand new so i was going to keep it and just drop my tariff to something cheaper.. Question is which phone is going for the most money? I plan to just sell it and keep the cash.

Galaxy s2's are going for £250+ on ebay so i thought about that but are there any other phones which i should look at?
