c20let engine done approx 400 miles been told it ran fine, one of the cylinders has this clean straight scratch in the bore, funny thing is it goes all the way to the top, will this cause running problems or is it ok
what may have caused it
run your finger over it and you cant feel it, run your nail over it and you can feel it

i presume the whole block would have to be stripped and all the bores honed or just the one bore
whats th consequences of running it as it is if its holding good compression

Take crank and pistons out and take it too an engineers shop.

if you leave it in its current state you're an idiot.

lazy let builds dont last long.
