I have here in my office my old 10" JBL GT4 sub, and an Alpine MRP-T130 amp.

I've not actually used them in at least 4 or so years now but I'm keen to use them again in my car now that I'm ordering a new Alpine head unit that will work with my iPhone.

My question is - will the amp be powerful enough to drive that sub? I don't intend on cranking up the volume to silly high levels (got standard Ford speakers in the car still) nor will I be listening to drum and bass music the whole time
