I think I know this problem as an air flow meter but I'm double checking your opinions! When I'm driving up the rev range the power drops ad then picks up again, it brings the eml light on intermitting plugged diagnostics in at work came up with 02 sensor but it can't be that as I know that only works till 2.5 grand!

Unplug the AFM, does the car drive better? bit flat but smooth?
