Hello
i have a corsa c20xe dizzy type with no lambda
the problem im having when warm it puffs out abit of smoke and plugs are black and sooty so its over fuelling but the engine is standard except powercap filter and 4-1 and straight threw exhaust how can i adjust the fuel?
I have done compression test and its 130 psi across all four cylinders running 2.5 fpr on creams/yellows pulls nice and strong all the way to limiter
any ideas how has everyone else done it? theres a screw on afm does that do anything?
Thanks reece

There's loads on mig about this, is pin20 I think it is earthed?
Also the screw is supposed to change the mixture but apparently it's not something to play with if you aren't sure what you are doing.

Try another afm
Also can't remember but are they the correct injectors for the engine? Always forget which should have creams and which have blues

Yh they are the right injectors creams with 2.5bar and the coilpacks have blues with 3.0bar fpr
also i tryed another afm and its the same and tryed cts, thermostat, cleaned icv, changed oil and filter with 10w40, changed ht leads to magnecors, new dizzy and rotary arm,new crank sensor,no vac leaks, sprayed carb cleaner in inlet no difference, brand new k&n for c20xe
Plugs are sooty but were brand new which means overfuelling any ideas?

Earth that pin, that should make it run a bit better, if it's still running really rich that's when you want to try different afms/or playing with one

As said try earthing the pin. The CTS you replaced, is it genuine GM? I replaced the CTS on my old XE for a pattern part and that made it over fuel. For your engine to have no Lambda - I take it you have the 20XE engine?
