i no its not a corsa but ive been told you lot use the z18xes alot ......will the gear box (am sure its a f17) from my zaf z18xe fit on a x20xev. am wanting to change the 1.8 for the 2.0 in the zaf. the engine has a f23 on it cable selector and the zaf if rod type

Yes you can mate.

Just get an F18 with the correct clutch setup(cable or hydraulic) also some F18's only mount on the front where others mount from the top or front
