Hit 'W' on your keyboard, it will disappear.
The reason for the pink highlight is, you don't have the font used in the original document.
I'm guessing this is because you have downloaded a template from the site you posted in your other thread.

Just do it in word Doyle, burger king dont give a fuck how your CV is written up as long as you can flip burgers and make up flat cokes.

MS word have CV templates as well so you just have to write in your details.
What youre using looks a bit more advanced. A bit like trying to write a CV in photoshop with no knowledge on how to use it.
