I bought some cheapo Ł9 (sound cancelling) headphones from Asda yesterday do the job perfect except for one thing, when I'm playing mw3 I can't hear some of the sounds like people running about or when your selecting menus. Any ideas?

Sound settings will prob need changing.
And lee meant sound range, not distance

Yeah I meant frequency. I've got some Ł30 headphones that are meant to be good for the price and the difference between what I hear in them and my pioneers I could be listening to 2 different songs.
But if you're lacking some mid range sounds that they should really be reproducing without and trouble then your Xbox might be outputting in 5.1 or something and sending some audio to a centre speaker that's not there

So just change the audio set up on the xbox? Think its set up with 5.1 for some reason :s

I'm using some cheap Sony headphones I've had for years, cost about Ł8 I think and I use them to play CoD and can every every little thing, even someone reloading their gun or planting a bomb.
