Probably because they've got a user forum. Been good for the most part but there's been a couple of times it's been down for at least a full working day.

It's cheap, it does the job but they do have their problems. Their website sucks testicles for starters - no excuse for that really.

same trend as to what I was looking at on google. Think I'll stick with the main providers for a more guaranteed service.

Been with them for 18 months and apart from two 'full' day outages i haven't really had any problems with them. It's certainly not for everyone but if you're a heavy data user then it's worth looking into them.
There's been a number of threads on here, so it's worth doing a search and having a general gander around the GG forums.
