Is it safe to use downloaded epub files on ipad? Missus wants a couple of books, i found them online, realised they were .epub and could be used on ipad etc.

Dont wanna go adding them, then get done for using them :/

Only thing I havent done is sync books or bookmarks via icloud

How will they know where you got it from. Same as downloading any other file you shouldn't be.
