So the new IPad claims 4G capability, obviously this is not yet available in the UK but when it is, is it definitely going to work with the 4G network? I know in Oz Apple had to pay a fine for misleading customers with its 4G claims so not sure what the UK product is like. Its just whether to buy the 4G one as its considerably more pricey than the standard wifi option.

Does anyone have one? Any better than IPad2?

I have one and really don't see why I bothered. I've never even taken it anywhere that I don't have a wifi connection. It does seem quicker than my mates ipad2 though and the screen is obviously better.

I think it's been confirmed to work as London are testing 4G now are they not?

I got the wifi only and just turn on my phone tethering and connect to that when away from home / work with no wifi available.

Don't see point of needing another 3G/4G device when your constantly carrying one in your pocket anyways.
