Strange question, don't quite know how I've ened up trying to solve this one as I don't do this sort of work. But, I've setup someone with a Google Apps account and they want to use Outlook. It's added the Outlook folder seperately to their main inbox - this seems like a normal thing for a mail client to do right? Anyway, apparently all the emails are meant to end up in that one Inbox at the top and not the second GMail one. Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't use Outlook so don't even know if I've worded this question right.
Thanks

So all new e-mails need to be going into "inbox 1" and not "inbox 2"?
Create a rule for all new emails to go to "inbox 1" ?

Looks like 2007, Tools, Accounts (Or account options, I can't remember) and change the delivery location of the gmail account emails.
You change it somewhere in the 'change' boxes.
Bit at the bottom here shows delivery location

Thanks for the tip pow. Will that work if the accounts are using different technologies? I read on someone's website that you couldn't combine a POP and IMAP account together. GMail is IMAP, but I've no idea what else he's running.
Would be helpful if I had Outlook on Windows to test this all with too :fanboy:

Yeah, you can have multiple accounts delivering to the same data file, or one account delivering to one data file. Doesn't matter if it's POP IMAP or Exchange

Is it more reliable than I-hang-all-the-time-IMAP?
