I have an active twitter account, but I don't use it often, but I thought I would give it a go and have come up with a strange error.
when I click who I follow both on IE and on my iphone, it shows who I follow, however when I choose to unfollow by clicking the symbol, it indicates i'm not following them anymore, however when I refresh the page, im following them again.
vice versa for people I want to follow I click follow, after I refresh the page I aint following them - frustrating the hell out of me, i understand why it iphones might have errors, but even using IE it's doing the same thing.

Its a bug and works both ways, says your not following and you are etc. Not sure how to fox it either.

Is this a recent thing? I can't follow anyone :/ is this account dependent?

More of a Twitter bug I'm afraid rather than something wrong with your computer/iPhone. Usually sorts itself out after a while.
