Doesn't show anything realistically possible at all. The engines capabilities and the hardwares capabilities are two very different things.

Most likely, all of that video is running on top of the line PC hardware.

Low frame rates is still a major issue with next gen consoles.
A lot of the ported launch titles (like Battlefield) will be running 30fps@720p.

This is footage from the in game engine, that is due to be released on the next gen consoles, it's not some bespoke graphics engine demo, I imagine it won't look massively different.

Too me it looks like current PC graphics with nvidia physx enabled.

Doesn't seem like a big jump from the current system.
