Does anyone know whether or not a 1999 corsa b 1.0 12v is OBD compliant or is it a tech 2 tool I need??

What is it you're looking to read? A code reader will read and clear codes, vaux-Com will do more, tech 2 even more than that.

That should be fine, I'm sure all cars after 96 were compliant, as yours is a 99 can't see there being any problems.

OPCOM will work

Later Bs wont work with paperclip test or OBD2 code readers.
