If I have a dell laptop that runs with xp, and have another identical laptop that boots to bios with no operating system. Can I clone the HDD to have 2 working laptops?
In a nut shell, I've got a dell laptop with diagnostics on it and want to get another laptop and clone everything onto it and sell it on. The diagnostics is a bit particular with service packs etc so cloning is the best way.
Cheers

You essentially do it when you P2V a Physical Machine to a VM. Sometimes you need to mess with system files inside the System32 directory but 99.9% of the time it works!
