There used to be an app for that (AirView) but unfortunately it doesn't exist any more.

To my knowledge there's no way of doing it.

I'm sure you can get the AirView app if you jailbreak, but I couldn't say if it'll work with the current iOS.

I have sky go on my phone but want to watch it on a bigger screen when im out

Only got it on my phone as its a mates account and i have unlimited data on my phone as i don't always have wifi at work

Set the iPhone up as a WiFi hotspot and connect the iPad through that.
