Its not a granite worktop if its got MDF and an edge on it.

Are you saying the dishwasher/washing machine are going in the same location as the sink?

Yeah so where the sink is is where it still stay. Down to the bottom right is where washing machine would go, and bottom left is where dishwasher would go.

I expected B&Q to be a couple of grand cheaper Stuart to make them a consideration if I decided to do the cheaper way, but Benchmarx would easily be my choice out of the 2.
