I wouldn't have got that deal had I not been with them/orange for the past 10 years.
Seems every 18months they hike up the cost of the plan to cover the more expensive phones, I claimed I wouldn't pay it, and I'd go elsewhere and get a better new customer offer than their first offer was to me £43 pm & £99 for the phone.
