Nice...

Anyone turned up the on boost fuelling on theirs yet? Should be doin' mine on monday. Should give a bit more smoke Maybe some more power too...

Tbh, my Cav whistles pretty well with the standard airbox on, less the resonator box.

Yeah, I know you've done the max fuel setting, as have I Does make it a lot better, there is nothing in it between a corsa 1.4 16v sport now...

Wondered if anyone had done the on boost setting, turning the diaphragm around to give more fuel when on boost?

Should be doin' mine tomorrow, will let you know if its any better.

Doesn't seem to have affected it too much, did a 320ish mile trip last w/end on about 30 litres at about 80ish all m/dual way.
Works out to about 48mpg, which ain't bad.

So long as it's more than 40, im not fussed

yeah u need to plumb in the breather pipe to stop the turbo rusting. it does use more fuel, but its expected, performance comes in with a penalty, in this case less mpg. but jesus the difference of the mods i have done is amazing.

did you find it quite a squash?

had to move my battery so far back its off the back of the tray, also the pipe is a bit squashed. im gonna move it so its coming from the bottom of the diesel filter soon, cut the metal turbo hose and rearrage it, took me sodding ages to do it first off, had to move my air horn compressor and alarm too, now the filter is a bit squashed against my relays for the headlights. oh well, works much better.

lord bonzai, should be going to a rolling road soon so ill post ma figures.
