just re-installing the original cd player for my corsa sport (cdr 500) but now its all connected again it only uses the left-hand speakers in the car! any advice? its connected exactly as before and i don't see what's changed.

Have you tried removing/refitting it? Normally it's connections that cause problems like this, especially if it was working before.

i've tried about 5 times and i agree - i think its the connections too although they look fine

Next option, do you know someone with a Corsa...try it in their's.That would narrow it down to you cd player or your car wiring.

yeah one of my mates has one but he's away on holiday at the mo. will prob. pop up to my vauxhall garage tomorrow and see what they think, think i agree with u tho - could be faulty wiring

pull on the power/volume button and turn as that controls the left to right speaker balance, you can feel a notch when they are equal
