i have got a nail in one of my tyres the tyre hasnt gone down YET do u think it can be repared or will it be new tyre time the nail is in the center of the tyre

depends if it has actaully gone into the tyre wall..i had a screw and turns out only went into the first tread....which happens to be brand new.

Of course it can be fixed... just needs patched up, like a bike tyre. Take it to a garage who fit tyres...
theyll charge yi like £10 - £15 for it.

aye 10-15quid sounds rough, it cant always be repaired there are cases where it it dangerous to repair believe me my good bf goodriches which i loved so dear had to be scrapped !!!

same as i was informed!!! plus mine was a little more than a piercin by a hole, it was like a cash or tear close to the edge!!
said if it was repaired under heavy load or fast drivin it cud cause a blow out which the tire fitters may be held responsible for!!
so they werent touchin it!!

same, ive got one right in the very centre of my rear passenger side wheel, been there for a while, only had to top it up with air a few times (i check it every few days, just havent got round to getting it fixed)

To take the wheel off the car... remove the tyre.. fix the puncture (i had two like )
refit the tyre, balance it, then refit the wheel! Try and get that for 3 quid
