better with a corsa td as there a lot bigger
but this is shite as outlets are in wrong place so more hastle of piping up so more chance of air lock in cooling system and boiling ur engine and fooking ur head gaskett and poss ur head yea nice 1!!!
use aither a 1.4/1.6 16v rad no messing to do then pipes up easy

PVD Instructions aer useless and make the job alot harder, and if PVD find out people have scaned and posted etc, they will sew then (as we had this a bit back)
Suspention - u just need to lower the car really, so springs will do, all depends on how much u got, any coilovers suspention kit or springs

I can see something going wrong now. So my Standard GSi rad will be ok and pipes will go on easy. What about gear linkage and connecting my C20XE exhaust manifold with the rest of my exhaust system?

Gear linkage it u dont us the spacer and shave a 1cm off the engine mount the linkage will fit no problems, BUT if u use the spares u have to make the standard linkage 15mm longer (linkage is plastic and metal which i think is hard and takes alot of time just for shaving off 10mm X 50mm of the side of the mount, which is really just the edge of the metal and u do not loose any strengh in the mount)
Exhaust - u need to get a full powerflow one with a 2.5" bore all the th way threw, or for the time being, line your old system to manifold and just weld or exhaust bandage and paste it (will not last long)
