which 1 do ya use when fitting a 2.0 i only haver the corsa 1 so do i have to buy a new cav 1.

You need to use a metal one which you will need to extend by 15mm (you can fine these on most older vauxhalls. eg nova, cav ect...)
Or you can cut part of the rear g/box mount away (15mm) and use the old corsa one.
